The Association is the local branch of the Conservative Party and its objective is to sustain and promote the values of the Conservative Party within the New Forest East and New Forest West Parliamentary Constituencies; to provide an effective campaigning organisation in both Constituencies; to secure the return of Conservative Candidates at elections; to contribute funds to the central Party; and to raise the necessary funds to achieve these objectives.
The New Forest East Parliamentary Constituency consists of Totton, Marchwood, Hythe and Dibden, South Waterside (including Fawley), Beaulieu, Exbury and Lepe, East Boldre, Boldre, Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Ashurst, Netley Marsh, Bartley, Copythorne, Cadnam, Bramshaw and Minstead and other villages in between.
The New Forest West Parliamentary Constituency consists of Barton on Sea, New Milton, Milford on Sea, Hordle, Everton, Lymington, Pennington, Bransgore, Burley, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Hyde, Woodgreen, Martin and other villages in between.
The Association comprises only fully paid up Party members. Those members are grouped into Branches which are located in the towns and parishes across the Constituency.
The governing body of the Association is the Executive Council (which comprises the Officers' Team and representatives from each District ward). The day-to-day administration of the Association is vested in the Officers Team.
The two Associations employ Constituency Organisers, Dan Poole (P/T) in New Forest East and Gemma Hinchliffe (P/T) in New Forest West, who are responsible for administration and organisation in conjunction with the Chairman and Officers.
