Lib Dem Candidate Breaks GDPR and Electoral Commission Guidance

David Harrison, a Liberal Democrat Town and District Councillor who is also standing as a Hampshire County Council candidate in Totton South & Marchwood, has recently been caught breaking Electoral Commission guidelines.  If a photograph is taken and used in political literature then
