We have the Mogg-mentum!

After hosting three successful annual Gala Dinners at the Master Builder's Hotel at Buckler's Hard, we are delighted to announce this year's venue is the Balmer Lawn Hotel at Brockenhurst.

Last year's Gala was a resounding success. We were fortunate enough to enjoy the company of special guest speaker, Rt Hon Iain Duncan Smith MP, former leader of the Conservative Party and former Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.

A bottle of champagne, signed by the Prime Minister raised £60, however a 20 year old single malt signed by the Speaker of the House of Commons raised over £100 in what became quite a competitive auction.

As is customary at Conservative events, a raffle which consisted of French hampers, beautiful cut glass decanters, champagne flutes, restaurant vouchers, bottles of wine and champagne, also brought a shine to the evening's proceedings.

The food and service which we received throughout the night was exceptional, and the subsequent feedback has been extremely positive. However, the highlight of the evening was quite simply seeing over 80 of our activists and supporters enjoying what was a truly enjoyable evening.

Due to popular demand we have decided to host our fourth Gala Dinner on Friday 9th February with not one, but two guest speakers - man of the moment, Jacob Rees-Mogg MP and our ever-brilliant Daniel Hannan MEP.
