Members of the Conservative Party are invited to New Forest West's Conservative Policy Forum to be held on Friday 20th March 2020 at Ringwood Conservative Club, 22 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DN, commencing at 6.30pm.
The subject for this quarter's discussion is Policing & Crime Prevention. Ahead of the Police and Crime Commissioner elections on 7th May, the submissions made by our group will be sent to our local Conservative PCC candidate. A summary of all responses to the discussion paper from all constituency CPF groups across the country will be sent to the Prime Minister's Policy Unit, Party Chairman and CPF Chairman within a month of the closing date of submissions.
If you wish to attend please email our office on [email protected] to let them know you are coming along. Copies of the Discussion Brief are also available by request from the same email address.
You may find this statistic of interest: 57% of the commitments in the Party's manifesto could be traced back to ideas proposed by CPF groups, and 47% of ideas in the CPF manifesto were reflected in the Published Manifesto. So our views are being taken into account by our Party and the Government.
